Our Sales Process

The Development

Only 8km from the CBD. The area is close to existing amenities. Walking distance from NUST University, School of Mines, Petra College as well as CBC. 


Client is taken for a site visit by our sales representative, to see the space, servicing familiarise with the area and select their stand. They provide contact details.

Initial Payment

The client provides KYC information and copies of identification documents for persons to be listed on the title deeds and pays deposit according to the agreed payment terms.

Agreement of Sale

The agreement of sale is drawn up and signed with the client retaining a copy. Subsequent payments are made in-line with agreed payment plan.


Upon completion of payments, the buyer does a capital gains tax interview with Zimra.


The buyer meets with conveyancing lawyer and pays fees for conveyancing.


The transfer process is completed and the buyer can commence any further activities.
